What your future position looks like:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join the HR team to drive the growth of bsport on an international scale. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the recruitment process from start to finish while providing candidates with an exceptional experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in various HR-related projects.
Your main missions will include:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for Sales, Customer Success, and Business roles, including sourcing, screening, and conducting pre-qualification interviews via phone and video calls.
- Oversee a pipeline of candidates, ensuring high-quality follow-up and communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a network of top talent across these functions.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide insights into the recruitment process and candidate metrics relevant to these positions.
- Generate reports on key recruiting metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development of new sourcing channels and innovative recruitment strategies tailored to attract talent in these areas.
- Improve job postings and recruitment-related content to enhance candidate engagement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the hiring process and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Contribute to HR-related projects such as employer branding, establishing school relationships, and participating in job fairs focused on attracting talent in Sales, Customer Success, and Business roles.
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
- Are fluent in English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German being a valuable asset.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within SaaS, startups, or fast-paced environments.
- Are organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Possess strong skills in recruitment software and technology, with proficiency in ATS (experience with Teamtailor is a plus, but familiarity with other systems is also an asset).
- Are data-driven, with skills in reporting and market research.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Show adaptability and thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet hiring needs.
- Hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
