What your future position looks like:

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of mobile app development, from initial planning and client communication to successful launches in app stores (iOS and Android).

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, aligning on project deliverables, and addressing technical inquiries.

Process Optimization: Develop and improve automations for internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Issue Tracking and Resolution: Report and manage client issues using ticketing tools, escalate improvement requests, and coordinate with the product and technical teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, operations, product management, and tech teams to ensure seamless project progression and alignment.

Documentation: Create clear and replicable procedures and instructions, ensuring that processes are well-documented and accessible to all stakeholders.

Platform Expertise: Become a go-to expert on the company’s platform and app functionalities, able to provide support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

Third-Party Interaction: Manage relationships with external partners and third parties, ensuring smooth collaboration and integration.
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
- Languages: Proficiency in French is required, with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Dutch or Spanish) is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with iOS and Android app platforms and experience with app submissions is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage technical projects from conception to delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with innovative solutions.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, able to translate customer needs into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Experience in implementing automations and optimizing processes is a significant asset.
- Education: A background in engineering or product management studies is highly valued. Experience in QA or a product-related role is also a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
