What your future position looks like:
For our Account Management Team in Barcelona, providing outstanding client relationship is our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to serve as our main point of contact on the German market.
Your main task will be:
- Owner of the onboarding of your accounts
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updates
- Act as the first and main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns, complains and needs via chat, email or phone
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Be the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities
- Collaborate with teams Marketing & Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
- Have proficiency in German as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results 💪
- Like to be challenged in a dynamic environment
- Can work individually and has a strong team spirit
- Are organised, precise and demonstrate good communication skills
