🎯 What will be your impact:

As a Billing Administrator, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing the outstanding invoices. Your main tasks will be :

• Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time
• Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery
• Q&A of the internal documentation related to billing (B2B & B2C)
• Discover new opportunities for process improvements
• Assist Customer Success Managers in the billing strategy to apply
• Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service
  
  

🌟You would be great fit if you have:

• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role (in a B2B SaaS start-up is a plus).
• Fluency in English
• Good proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciated
• Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensuring timely processing of invoices.
