Internship journeys and beyond

  • Elie in the Tech Team

    I worked on the Master Account feature, which aimed to give franchises more control over creating products that are common to all the studios within the franchise. My most significant contributions were adding the ability to create and manage shared subscriptions, as well as enabling franchises to view all gift cards purchased by members across all studios. I had full ownership of this project, which meant organising the workflow, managing tasks, and collaborating with different teams.

  • Jonathan in the Data Team

    In the Data team, we are responsible for managing all the data for the company and our clients. It’s crucial to maintain clean and reliable data that is useful for everyone. During my internship, I work closely with the sales team, operations team, customer service, and tech team to consolidate data in preparation for the company's fundraising efforts. The data has to be 100% accurate, as it is essential for negotiating deals and making key decisions.

  • Axel in the Product Team

    When I was an intern, I had the opportunity to work on various functionalities of the platform, but the main one was developing the Inbox, a brand-new interface designed to help studio managers communicate with their members. To build it, I collaborated closely with both a designer and a developer. Together, we took inspiration from the best communication platforms to integrate this innovative tool into our system.

Orientation and onboarding

Acclimate to the company culture, team structure, and tools. Complete training and meet team members.

1-2 Months

Initial project assignment

Start working on projects to apply theoretical knowledge. Collaborate with your mentor, attend team meetings, and start exploring complex projects.

3rd Month

Skill development

Deepen technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Tackle more complex tasks within your projects.

4th Month

Mid-internship evaluation

Assess progress with your supervisor, discuss achievements and challenges, and set goals. Meet with HR to ensure everything is on track.

End of Internship

Transition and career planning

Plan your next career steps, whether staying with us or exploring new opportunities. Receive a final evaluation, discuss potential full-time roles, and get career advice.

5-6 Months

Advanced project work

Take on more responsibility and larger projects. Lead smaller projects or significant components of larger ones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop skills.

    Enjoy Barcelona's warm weather, beautiful beaches, and vibrant culture, and immerse yourself in Paris's stunning architecture, rich history, and renowned cuisine.

    Our Tech team is split between both cities, with the Data team in Paris and the Product team in Barcelona. This unique opportunity allows you to broaden your horizons both professionally and personally, with the chance to work one week per month in the other location during your internship.

  • We seek students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) fields who are taking a gap year, nearing graduation, or have recently graduated.

    Ideal candidates are passionate about technology, eager to work on cutting-edge projects, and ready to tackle real-world challenges. Whether you're looking to enhance your knowledge during your studies or transition to a professional role post-graduation, our program offers valuable growth opportunities.

  • Our internships usually last 6 months, with the possibility to extend up to a maximum of 12 months.

  • Our goal is to provide such a valuable experience that you'll be excited to stay with us and transition to a full-time position.

    Many of our past interns have successfully transitioned to full-time roles within the company, contributing significantly to our projects and growth.

  • We got you! We offer flexibility to change departments among tech, data, and product after 6 months, allowing you to explore different areas and find the best fit for your skills and aspirations.

  • Yes, we do offer apprenticeships! Our apprenticeship programs are designed to provide hands-on experience while you continue your studies.

  • The process is very simple! Start by applying to the job and uploading your CV. You'll then have a 30-minute HR call with our Talent Acquisition Team, followed by a technical interview that includes a coding challenge with our Tech Leads, lasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Within a few days, we will provide you with our final decision.

  • You can still apply through one of our spontaneous applications or connect with us directly. Your profile will be saved in our system, ensuring we can reach out when suitable opportunities arise.
