About the role:

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of a scope to be defined together: Customer Success (CSM), Sales, or a part of the product (e.g., business analytics). This is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on our activities while exploring strategic areas for the company.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across these verticals, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices. The goal is to provide full ownership of the data-related scope, enabling you to drive initiatives and deliver impactful results.

What will be your impact:

• Interacting with stakeholders to identify key best increment values.
• Gathering all necessary data to address current and future challenges.
• Building robust data models that ensure flexibility for all existing and future needs.
• Delivering actionable insights and solutions that directly influence business strategy and operational efficiency.

You would be great fit if you:

• Have +4 years of experience as a data analyst
• Have high proficiency in Python and SQL
• Have familiarity with statistical tools
• Thrive in a fast-pace environment
