About the role:

The Data Analyst role in our R&D team is dedicated to optimizing internal processes and enhancing our product offering through data-driven insights. This involves empowering teams with reliable data, supporting the sales and customer success teams with predictive insights, and conducting deep analyses to personalize our platform based on user behavior.

What will be your impact:

• Improve lead scoring to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, helping them prioritize leads more strategically.
• Collaborate with the CSM team by identifying early indicators that can signal potential customer losses, enabling proactive measures.
• Conduct statistical analysis on end-customer behaviors to support user understanding and platform personalization.
• Develop predictive features for course cancellations and fill rates, enabling dynamic pricing suggestions and overbooking strategies to optimize studio operations.
  

You would be great fit if you:

• Have +4 years of experience as a data analyst
• Have proficiency in SQL and Python
• Have familiarity with statistical tools
• Thrive in a fast-pace environment
