About the role:

As the Lead QA, you’ll be instrumental in leading and growing a talented team of QA engineers, developing innovative testing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our product meets the highest standards.

Our stack is fully automated with push-to-deploy on both frontend and backend. We use Kubernetes and AWS, and our CI is self-hosted. Our methodology is based on agile principles, with weekly releases to production and staging to iterate, gather feedback, and drive progress.

What will be your impact:

• Build and lead a team of QA engineers, shaping the structure of the team and providing guidance and support in testing methodologies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX designers, to ensure quality is integrated into the development process.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing data, feedback, and performance metrics to drive enhancements.
• Proactively contribute to the development and deployment of QA tools.
• Manage bug tracking systems and review reported bugs.
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in quality assurance and provide training and guidance to team members on these topics

It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer
• Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams
• Proficiency in manual and automation testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Previous experience in a SaaS company is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English
