About the Role:

Joining our "Client Core" team means playing a crucial role in shaping the success of our engineering department. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you’ll take charge of:

• Managing the subscription and pass architecture—an essential component of bsport's business model
• Enhancing our e-commerce solutions to help clients sell studio products seamlessly to their members
• Maintaining and optimizing the core client data model that underpins the work of multiple teams across bsport

What will be your impact:

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop top-tier software solutions while championing high-quality coding practices
• Architect scalable software systems, ensuring a balance between product requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence within your team

You would be great fit if you have:

• You have substantial experience in Python (familiarity with Django is a plus)
• You are professionally proficient in English
• You take ownership and pride in building exceptional products
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator
