About the role:
As the Team Leader of Customer Success Dutch, you will lead a team of Account Managers who support our Dutch-speaking clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive success for our clients.
🎯 What will be your impact:
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring exceptional support for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Act as the escalation point for customer issues, driving swift resolutions.
- Analyze customer health metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Foster a positive and proactive customer-centric culture within the team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (ideally team leader of >5 persons in a SaaS)
- Have proficiency in Dutch as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with strong problem-solving abilities to address complex customer challenges.
- Expertise in customer success software, CRM tools, and data analysis to derive actionable insights and drive improvements.
- Highly organized and customer-focused, adept at prioritizing tasks and delivering exceptional experiences in fast-paced environments.
