🗒️ About the Role:

As the Engineering Manager of our "Ops Engineering" team, you’ll drive and manage the Software Engineering unit dedicated to enable bsport’s growth and efficiency by technological solutions. Your team’s focus areas will include:

• Automate workflows of bsport internal teams and create tools to improve repetitive tasks
• Integrate with third party platforms to streamline processes (Notion, LLM provider, Zapier, Hubspot, Slack…)
• Build and maintain tools to allow bsport Operations and Customer Success Management team to import the data of our newly on-boarded client into bsport infrastructure.
• Provide all bsport department’s with technological solutions to enable their growth and scaling.

🎯 What will be your impact:

As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Software Engineers to manage the full-lifecycles of your products (backend, front-end, infrastructure...)
• Architect robust interfaces to migrate data into various systems managed by different teams (Invoices, Bookings, Passes, Members ...)
• Collaborate closely with key bsport business units including our Operations team and our Customer Success Management team
• Mentor team members, nurturing their professional growth and development

🌟 It would be great if:

• You have substantial experience in any current Object-Oriented backend language (familiarity with Python and Django is a plus)
• You have a significant experience working with relational databases at scale (familiarity with Postgres is a plus).
• You have a significant experience working with ETL or doing large data migrations
• You are professionally proficient in English
• You’re an effective communicator and are able to manage multiple key stakeholders
• You take ownership and pride in building exceptional products
• You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy being challenged
