About the role:
As a Branded App Customer Care Specialist at bsport, you’ll be the voice of our brand, providing outstanding support tailored to partners using our branded app solutions. This role is about building strong relationships, empowering customers, and ensuring they get the most out of their branded apps. Your proactive and solutions-oriented approach will drive partner satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience with our platform.
What will be your impact?
• Support Branded App Partners: Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via Intercom and email, offering specialized, solutions-focused support for branded app-related needs.
• Branded App Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of branded app functionality to resolve issues efficiently and help customers maximize its potential.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, ensure smooth branded app operations, maintain detailed interaction records, and continuously improve the service experience.
You’d be a great fit if you have:
• Native-level English and proficiency in another European language (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role (experience with Intercom or similar platforms is a plus).
• Strong multitasking skills, effective prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for technology and familiarity with mobile app solutions (a bonus!).
