About the role:
Joining the Northern Europe team (France, Benelux & DACH) means stepping into a dynamic and mature market where bsport already holds a strong presence, but our ambition doesn’t stop there. We’re looking for curious, creative minds who can bring fresh ideas and solutions to take our success to the next level. As part of this team, you’ll be joining a young, dynamic network of sharp, driven professionals who are deeply committed to excellence, collaboration, and sustained growth. As an SDR, you have the chance to advance through levels—from Junior SDR to Confirmed SDR, and then to Senior SDR—all within the span of a year. With each progression, you gain more responsibility, increase your influence, and have a direct impact on your bonus structure. After reaching Senior SDR, there are exciting opportunities to grow into roles like Junior AE or Team Leader SDR, putting you in the driver’s seat of your career journey.
🎯 What will be your impact:
- Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
- Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions.
- Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.
- Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.
- Communicate with our Sales and Operations Team to provide insights into market trends and developments
- Report and manage all of your activities on our SalesLoft platform to organise your own Sales Pipeline
- Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.

- Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Have native level of Dutch and fluency in English.
- Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment 💪.
- Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market.
- Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration.
- Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate! 🚀.
- Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality.
