About the role:

Your mission will be to enhance the performance and scalability of our data pipelines (ETL) on Databricks, optimizing both SQL and Python-based jobs. You'll equip the data team with the necessary tools to maximize deliverability while minimizing costs. Additionally, you will enable our clients to perform real-time analytics with proper access control at a reasonable cost.

A critical part of this role will involve setting up and managing Airbyte as an ETL solution, ensuring seamless data integration across systems.

You will also support the data science team by enabling efficient training of models on large datasets and industrializing machine learning models for production use.

Our Stack and Tools:
Airbyte, Airflow, AWS, Databricks, Debezium, Delta Lake, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, Python, SQL, Terraform.

What will be your impact:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that data platform improvements align with business goals and enable seamless execution of any project. 

• Gathering all necessary data to identify current and future challenges, ensuring that solutions are scalable and cost-effective. 

• Building a state-of-the-art data platform that eliminates technical limitations and supports all existing and future data needs. 

• Delivering solutions that empower clients to perform real-time analytics with proper access control, driving business value and operational efficiency.

You would be great fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience as a data engineer
• Possess strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Have worked on a state-of-the-art data platform at the forefront of technology
