What will be your impact:

Join us at a pivotal moment in bsport’s journey—hyper-growth mode, post-Series B! As a key member of our high-impact StratOps team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving this expansion.

At the heart of strategy and operations, your role is cross-functional and dynamic, focused on three core missions:

      Projects governance & Performance Steering

• Facilitate an agile but robust project governance (routines/gates, reporting, internal communication…)
• Create and maintain powerful dashboards for different management levels to steer the company
  
  Strategic thinking & executives relation support

• Run strategic analysis to support decision making of the EXCOM and implement the action plans
• Support the reporting for committees & board meetings
  
  Process & tools optimisation

• Review & optimize key processes (reporting across tools, automations,…)
• Drive continuous improvements & be the bridge between the data & business teams
  
  
  

You would be great fit if you have:

• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Spent 3-5 years in fast-paced & highly demanding industries like Saas, IT consulting, VC.
• Good mastery of the office or google suite and a good knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Have a good SQL level (CTE, Window functions) with hands-on experience
• Experience with Zapier & alike workflow builders is a plus.
• Demonstrate skills in key areas: Problem solving, Writing & speaking with impact, and Project management.
• Student from a top-tier engineering or business school.

  •  Technical Interview with Edward a member of the data team & Max the hiring manager (40’ SQL live coding test + 30’ with hiring manager)
  •  Interview with Arthur, our Head of Sales (30’)
