🗒️ About the Role:

As the Technical Lead of our "Client Structure" team, you’ll drive and manage a Software Engineering unit dedicated to provide core data and capabilities to the different teams. Your team’s focus areas will include:

• Administrating and providing core data models to the different bsport teams (client, studio and locations, staff management, teachers, member data...)
• Provide and maintain core capabilities to other bsport teams like Authentication, a new Attribute-based Permission system or a way for large franchise to administrate their studios.
• Enable our top tiers clients to integrate bsport in their system by providing an API as a Service solution.

🎯 What will be your impact:

As a Technical lead, ie hands-on Engineering Manager, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Software Engineers to manage the full-lifecycles of your products (backend, front-end, infrastructure...)
• Architect robust systems to deliver a wide range of customizable offering for our members on our mobile apps and web interfaces
• Collaborate closely with key bsport business units to implement new products and provide valuable feedback
• Mentor team members, nurturing their professional growth and development

• You have substantial experience in any current Object-Oriented backend language (familiarity with Python and Django is a plus)
• You have experience building and maintaining API as a service solutions
• You are professionally proficient in English
