About the role:
Joining the Spanish team means being part of one of bsport’s fastest-growing markets. Spain represents a strong opportunity for growth, with a dynamic boutique fitness ecosystem and a high potential for expansion.
This is an ideal environment for someone who wants to build strong sales fundamentals, develop market expertise, and grow within a high-growth SaaS company. You’ll be working closely with studio owners and entrepreneurs, helping them digitise and scale their businesses.
You’ll join a young, driven and collaborative team, where initiative is encouraged and impact is visible from day one.
At bsport, we offer clear career progression. As an SDR, you can grow from Junior to Confirmed to Senior SDR within a year, with increasing responsibility and earning potential. From there, opportunities open into Account Executive or Team Lead roles, giving you full ownership of your career path.
🎯 What will be your impact:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Spanish market
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling and email to engage prospects
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand their business needs
Use LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels to connect with decision-makers
Personalise outreach using creative approaches (including video) to increase engagement
Contribute to building a strong sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Have 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (startup/high-growth environment is a plus)
Are a native Spanish speaker with strong English skills
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 💪
Are proactive, resilient, and enjoy challenges
Can work independently while contributing to a strong team culture
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Bring a creative mindset and are not afraid to try new approaches 🚀
Are comfortable using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email tools, etc.)
Can manage a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality
