About the role:
As a Widget Implementation Specialist, you’ll deliver customised, high-quality widgets for our top-tier clients, ensuring smooth integration and a premium digital experience. You’ll work hands-on with technical setup, design checks, and client delivery, collaborating with Customer Success and Tech teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, accurate customisation, and on-time launch.

What will be your impact:

• Widget Creation & Customisation
  • Build and customise approximately one widget per day (25–30 per month).
  • Apply client branding and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
  • Check for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Existing Widget Maintenance
  • Audit and improve the widget base for current top clients.
  • Resolve display or performance issues in coordination with the Tech team.
• Onboarding & Client Support
  • Integrate widgets as part of the client onboarding and go-live process.
  • Collaborate with our branded app creation team and related customer enablement tasks.
• Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the CSM User Experience team to align with client expectations.
  • Work with the Tech team for advanced implementation or troubleshooting

You would be great fit if you have:

• 1 year in a technical implementation, front-end development, or web integration role (internships and apprenticeships count)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
