About the role:
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for onboarding, training, and supporting our Account Executives (AEs). You’ll make sure every AE has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be driving the training, enablement, and growth of the AE team.
🎯 What will be your impact:
- Account Executive Onboarding & Training: Design and execute onboarding programs, workshops, and training sessions for new and existing AEs.
- Product Knowledge Management: Serve as the AE team’s main point of contact for product questions, ensuring everyone is up-to-date on new features and platform updates.
- Demo Quality & Best Practices: Monitor and evaluate demos, provide actionable feedback, and promote sales best practices across the AE team.
- Sales Content Creation: Develop content such as storytelling frameworks, webinars, and enablement materials to help AEs succeed.
- PIP & Performance Support: Manage onboarding kits, follow up on performance improvement plans, and ensure smooth ramp-up of new AEs.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, offers, and ensure clear alignment on SQLs/MQLs.
- Motivation & Engagement: Support contest management and initiatives to keep the AE team motivated and engaged.
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
- Previous experience in Sales Enablement or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS/SMB startup environment.
- Sales background (former AE, AE Manager, or other sales experience), understanding the day-to-day challenges of AEs is key.
- Strong training and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging workshops, onboarding sessions, and practical guidance.
- Passion for supporting others to succeed, with a proactive approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Modjo, or other sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-growing startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (local languages like German/French is a plus).
