Kindly note: we are hiring an SDR to cover the US market. This is a remote role, candidates can be based in Brazil or anywhere in LATAM, but must be comfortable working US business hours to ensure overlap with US clients and team members.

We’re looking for our very first Sales Development Representative for US market to help us build this new market from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a scale-up with strong European traction-and play a key role in shaping our presence in the U.S.

About the role:
We're officially launching in the U.S. market, and we're hiring our very first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help make it happen. This is a unique opportunity to join bsport at a pivotal moment and play a key role in building our presence from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with our experienced teams in Europe to adapt our proven strategies, connect with boutique fitness studios across the U.S., and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. With full ownership of outreach in a brand-new market, your impact will be visible, and your career progression fast.
As the U.S. team grows, so will your path-whether that’s becoming a Senior SDR, AE, or Team Lead. If you're entrepreneurial, motivated, and ready to shape something big, this is the role for you.
🎯 What will be your impact:
- Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
- Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions.
- Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.
- Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.
- Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Speaking English natively
- Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment 💪.
- Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market.
- Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration.
- Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate! 🚀.
- Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality.
- Previous experience at companies such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Momence, ClubReady, or Glofox is a strong plus.
- Candidates with similar industry background or who deeply understand the challenges and needs of fitness studios are especially encouraged to apply.
