About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Content Manager who is passionate about crafting clear, compelling content that speaks directly to customer needs. You excel at simplifying complex ideas into approachable language and understand how to adjust tone and messaging based on audience, market, and channel.
You will build and lead our multi-market content strategy, ensure message consistency across languages, and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders. You also have a strong sense of how different content formats perform on different channels, from social media to blog posts to sales enablement assets.

What You’ll Do
Own the global content strategy and calendar, ensuring content is aligned to business goals and market priorities
Write and edit clear, customer-centric content in English for multiple formats including whitepapers, blog posts, landing pages, sales enablement content, product marketing assets, customer communications.
Work with regional content managers or use AI localization tools to ensure content is adapted appropriately for local languages and markets
Build a consistent, scalable content process that supports multiple regions and languages
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales, CSM and Product to ensure cohesive messaging across channels
Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market language to ensure content resonates.
Partner with Design to bring written content to life visually
Drive SEO-aligned content initiatives to support organic growth
Measure content performance and iterate based on insights
Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and narrative across all touchpoints
You would be great fit if you have:
3-5 years of experience in content roles at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company (SMB focus preferred)
Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex topics into content customers understand and care about
Strong experience planning and managing content across multiple countries and languages
Deep understanding of how to create content that performs across channels such as website, social, email, and product/feature content
Highly customer-centric — able to translate needs and pain points into compelling stories
Clear, structured thinker and strong project manager — able to manage multiple workstreams and contributors
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Sales.
Proactive, resourceful, and biased toward action
French, German, Spanish, Italien, Dutch language skills are a plus
