Billing Specialist

Based in Barcelona.
We’re looking for our next Billing Specialist to be the go-to person for all billing-related questions, supporting our customers and ensuring outstanding invoices are followed up efficiently.
Your role:
Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time
Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery
Handling billing related requests from internal teams and clients (B2B & B2C)
Owning the configuration of new clients billing/platform set ups
Managing churn related billing workflows, and leading billing negotiations such as termination contracts and settlement agreements
Discover new opportunities for process improvements
Assist Customer Success and Customer Care teams in the billing strategy to apply
Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service
You would be great fit if you have:
2 years min experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role (in a B2B SaaS start-up is a plus).
Fluency in English (additional languages such as French, German or Dutch are a strong plus)
Good proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciated
Attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers
