We are bsport. The place to be!
bsport is an all-in-one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.
Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:
We’ve built a community of over 7 million users 🤝
We have finalised the biggest Series B this year 🏆
Grown our team to more than 200 employees 🚀
We’re continuing to grow to become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and the rest of the world!
About the role:
At bsport, our UX team is driven by a shared mission to refine the details of our platform through user feedback. As our UXR Support (Working Student), you will play a critical role in scaling our research function by taking ownership of Research Operations. You will act as a force multiplier for our research efforts, ensuring that our processes are seamless, organized and efficient.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes and ensuring that user insights are accessible and well-documented. You will work closely with our lead researcher and the UX team to gradually take ownership of Research Ops. We provide structured onboarding, templates, and guidance, so you’ll always know what to do next while building confidence and skills. You’ll also get exposure to research strategy, user interviews, and insight synthesis, so you can see how Research Ops connects to real product decisions.
What will be your impact?
Streamline Recruitment & Participant Management:
Take the lead in contacting clients for research and managing participant lists.
Coordinate recruitment platforms (e.g., TestingTime) and handle incentive management.
Bonus: Help us launch and maintain our first dedicated client research panel.
Optimize Research Logistics:
Own the scheduling of interviews and the setup of digital tools like Zoom.
Trial tech setups and prototypes to ensure smooth testing sessions.
Organize recordings and prepare templates for discussion guides in Dovetail and Notion.
Bonus: Implement a "legal layer" for research, including consent forms and data storage rules.
Empower Survey Operations:
Set up and test surveys using tools like Tally and Featurebase.
Manage survey sendouts and in-product placements while monitoring response rates.
Handle data exports and cleanup to ensure high-quality inputs.
Maintain our Research Repository:
Manage our bsport knowledge in tools like Dovetail and NotebookLM.
Maintain a consistent taxonomy and tagging system across all projects.
Document an overview of all insight sources to keep our findings searchable and tidy.
You would be a great fit if you:
Are currently studying Psychology, HCI, UX, Business, Linguistics, or Information Science. (You need to be currently enrolled in a university and provide the university agreement.)
Possess strong organizational strength and a genuine curiosity about users and customers of digital products.
Enjoy organizing information and improving processes, and are curious about ways to make research easier and more effective
Are highly reliable and enjoy taking initiative, while learning to navigate new tools and processes. Mistakes are opportunities to improve, and we’ll provide support along the way.
Have strong (written) communication skills in English (additional languages like French, Dutch, Spanish, German, or Italian are a plus).
Are comfortable working with digital tools and have a high degree of professional empathy.
