About the role:
Joining the UKI Inbound Sales team at bsport means stepping into one of our most dynamic and fast-moving growth engines.
This is a highly reactive, high-impact role where speed, precision, and communication make all the difference. You will be the first human interaction for many of our inbound prospects, shaping their experience from the very first second.
You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to turn interest into qualified opportunities, ensuring that every high-intent lead is followed up quickly, properly qualified, and smoothly handed over to Account Executives.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning inbound demand into real commercial opportunities, this role will give you strong foundations in SaaS sales and customer lifecycle management.
🎯 What will be your impact:
Contact inbound leads within minutes (speed to lead is critical)
Engage prospects coming from website flows (e.g. abandoned bookings, demo requests)
Quickly identify blockers and understand intent behind the inbound request
Qualify or disqualify leads efficiently and professionally
Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Run structured discovery conversations to assess fit, timing, and potential
Take ownership of follow-up for no-show prospects and reschedule meetings
Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities to Account Executives
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (HubSpot)
Collaborate closely with Marketing by sharing insights from inbound behaviour and campaigns
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
A degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
Speaking English natively
Strong communication skills and ability to engage quickly and clearly
High responsiveness and strong sense of urgency
Comfort with structured qualification and asking the right questions
Ability to disqualify leads respectfully when needed
Strong organisation and attention to detail (CRM discipline is key)
Analytical mindset to assess intent and opportunity quality
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
