As we continue to scale across Europe, we're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a large portfolio of SMB customers across the DACH region.
You'll be responsible for protecting and growing recurring revenue while continuously finding smarter, more scalable ways to engage customers. Success in this role is about achieving strong outcomes through focus, prioritisation, and technology—not by increasing effort linearly with portfolio size.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of 400–500 SMB customers across the DACH region.
Driving customer retention and identifying expansion opportunities through product usage and customer insights.
Prioritising your portfolio based on risk and growth potential to maximise impact.
Executing scalable customer engagement strategies through campaigns, playbooks, and automated outreach.
Leveraging data, AI, and automation tools to manage a large portfolio efficiently.
Maintaining accurate CRM data and proactively escalating at-risk accounts when needed.
Collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
You would be great fit if you have:
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS environment.
A track record of driving customer retention, growth, and long-term relationships.
Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage a large portfolio independently.
A data-driven mindset and confidence using customer insights to guide decisions.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer pipelines effectively.
An interest in leveraging AI, automation, and scalable processes to increase efficiency.
Native level in German.
A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping businesses grow.
