We're hiring an Account Manager SMB French & English bilingual

This role is built for someone who thinks in leverage. You won't be managing a handful of accounts with white-glove attention. You'll own several hundred, and your edge will be knowing exactly where to spend your time, using data and automation to cover the rest. If you get energy from building systems that scale instead of grinding through a to-do list, you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
Own a high-volume portfolio of SMB studios and be accountable for keeping them and growing them.
Prioritize ruthlessly: spot the accounts most at risk and most ready to expand, and act on them first.
Drive retention and uncover upsell opportunities through usage and intent signals, not guesswork.
Build low-touch, repeatable playbooks and lean on AI and tooling to extend your reach.
Keep your book clean and your pipeline honest so the whole team can move faster.
Flag risks early and feed what you learn back into how we work.
