To support this expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Barcelona to help drive our presence across the U.S. boutique fitness landscape.

About the role:
As a U.S. SDR based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities across the American market. Working closely with our Account Executives and leadership team, you’ll apply our proven European playbook while adapting your approach to the specificities of the U.S. market.
You’ll be at the front line of our expansion-building pipeline, creating conversations with key decision-makers, and laying the foundation for long-term growth.
This role offers strong career progression opportunities. As the U.S. team scales, you’ll have the chance to grow into Senior SDR, AE, or leadership roles depending on performance and ambition.
🎯 What will be your impact:
Prospect accounts and identify new revenue opportunities across the U.S. market.
Conduct highly targeted email outreach campaigns to engage boutique fitness studios.
Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify their needs.
Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with founders, studio managers, and decision-makers.
Personalize outreach through video and creative messaging to increase engagement.
Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Share market feedback and insights to help refine our U.S. strategy.
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles (SaaS/startup experience is a strong plus).
Speak English at a native level (essential for the U.S. market).
Strong knowledge of the US market, including buyer behaviour, cultural nuances, and commercial landscape, gained through professional experience selling into or working closely with US-based clients.
Are motivated by targets and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment 💪.
Thrive on challenges and want to sharpen your skills in one of the world’s most competitive markets.
Can work independently while being part of a collaborative, high-energy team in Barcelona.
Are organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
Bring creativity to your outreach and aren’t afraid to test new approaches 🚀.
Are comfortable using digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, etc.).
Can manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality and personalization.
Bonus points if you:
Have worked at companies such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Momence, ClubReady, or Glofox.
Have experience in or strong knowledge of the boutique fitness / wellness tech industry.
