About the role:
Joining the Italian and Spanish team means stepping into fast-emerging markets where bsport has recently begun its journey. Having launched just over a year ago, these regions offer vast potential and plenty of untapped opportunities. One of the most exciting aspects of being part of our team is the clear career progression and growth potential. As an SDR, you’ll have the chance to advance from Junior SDR to Confirmed SDR, and ultimately to Senior SDR—all within the span of a year. With each step, you’ll take on more responsibility, boost your influence, and see a direct impact on your bonus structure. After reaching Senior SDR, the doors open to roles like Junior AE or Team Leader SDR, giving you control over your career path and development.
🎯 What will be your impact:
- Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
- Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions.
- Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.
- Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.
- Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
- Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Have proficiency in Spanish as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment 💪.
- Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market.
- Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration.
- Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate! 🚀.
- Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality.
