About the role:
Joining the UK team means diving into one of bsport’s most critical and competitive markets. Although bsport has a strong foothold here, the UK market faces intense competition from European and American companies, making it an exciting environment for those who thrive on challenges and are eager to grow. This is the perfect market to sharpen your sales skills and learn what it takes to succeed in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. 🎯 What will be your impact:
- Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
- Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions.
- Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.
- Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.
- Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.

- Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Speaking English natively
- Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment 💪.
- Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market.
- Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration.
- Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

- Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality.
