About the role:
Your mission is to drive bsport’s growth in the DACH market by engaging directly with owners and decision-makers of boutique fitness studios. You will lead consultative sales conversations with SMB clients, deeply understanding their operational and commercial challenges, and demonstrating how bsport can help them grow their business.
What will be your impact:
Take ownership of the sales process from qualified opportunity to close, delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Deliver clear, engaging demos that highlight bsport’s value by addressing client-specific pain points.
Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a smooth client handover post-signing.
Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs.
Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport’s market presence in the DACH market.
You would be great fit if you have:
Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment.
Have native level in German and proficiency in English.
Strong knowledge of the DACH market, including buyer behaviour, cultural nuances, and commercial landscape, gained through professional experience selling into or working closely with Germany, Austria, and Switzerland-based clients.
A consultative, customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills to understand needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
Collaborative mindset to ensure the platform’s success with clients and across internal teams.
