About the role:
As a Partnership Manager at bsport, you'll play a key role in driving our growth through strategic partnerships, marketplace integrations, and ambassador programs. You'll work at the intersection of business development, marketing, and customer success to unlock new revenue streams and generate high-quality leads. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment and is passionate about building win-win relationships.
What will be your impact:
🛍️ Marketplaces
Build and manage key marketplace relationships, ensure smooth integrations, and generate leads through strategic collaborations.
🤝 Partnerships
Close partnerships with associations, communities, and influencers. Launch and scale an affiliate program with relevant brands.
⭐ Ambassador Program
Turn top clients into ambassadors, design incentive schemes, and drive pipeline through referrals and advocacy.
🎯 Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Work with Marketing on tailored outreach for enterprise prospects. Support and close strategic deals.
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, ideally in a fast-paced SMB-focused SaaS startup.
- Have native level of English.
- Strong relationship-building skills-you're confident communicating with senior stakeholders, negotiating win-win deals, and maintaining long-term partnerships. 💪
- Experience working with marketplaces, affiliate programs, or ambassador initiatives-you know how to turn relationships into revenue.
- Can work individually and has a strong team spirit
- A track record of generating leads through creative partnerships, influencers, and community engagement.
- A data-driven mindset and are comfortable working with MRR-based incentives and KPIs.
- A self-starter attitude-you take initiative, own your pipeline, and love building things from scratch (programs, relationships, processes).🚀
