With strong traction across Europe and now backed by a recently closed Series B (€30 million), we are accelerating our international expansion—starting with the U.S. market—and scaling our team to drive the next phase of growth.
What will be your impact:
As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategic vision that will shape our brand, accelerate our growth, and support our international expansion—starting with the U.S. market. As we gear up for our Series B fundraising round, we are looking for a forward-thinking leader to elevate our marketing performance, foster innovation, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and implement a unified marketing roadmap to support international growth, with a strong focus on brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue acceleration.
- Team Leadership and Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and empower a talented team of 8 marketing professionals within Content, Growth, Product and Motion Design to execute strategic initiatives, achieve organizational goals, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Budget & ROI Ownership: Own the full marketing funnel—oversee digital acquisition, content, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments, driving integrated strategies and cohesive execution.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the fitness tech and SaaS space, monitor the competitive landscape, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
You would be great fit if you have:
- A solid background in marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS SMB, demonstrating proficiency in strategy development, campaign management, and team leadership.
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a strong track record of scaling marketing teams and consistently delivering impactful growth metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset and data fluency (tracking, KPIs, marketing automation, etc.)
- Fluent proficiency in English.
