🎯 What will be your impact:
As Head of Marketing, your role encompasses pivotal responsibilities vital to our organization's growth and success. Drawing upon your robust marketing expertise, data driven solutions, and leadership acumen, you will lead our strategic marketing endeavors, shaping campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a dynamic, high-growth environment where innovation thrives. Join us as we open our doors in the US and focus on our new fundraising (Serie B) for the end of the year.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and articulate a comprehensive marketing roadmap that supports overarching business objectives and growth strategies, with a focus on elevating brand visibility, expanding customer acquisition, and driving revenue generation.
- Team Leadership and Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and empower a talented team of 6 marketing professionals within Content, Growth, and Motion Design to execute strategic initiatives, achieve organizational goals, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand messaging, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
- Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments, driving integrated strategies and cohesive execution.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes.

Brand Consistency and Messaging: Ensure brand consistency and messaging coherence across all marketing channels and touchpoints, maintaining a unified brand identity and impactful customer experience.
🌟You would be great fit if you have:
- A solid background in marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS SMB, demonstrating proficiency in strategy development, campaign management, and team leadership.
- Fluent proficiency in English enabling effective communication and the creation of marketing materials in a bilingual environment.
- Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within a scale-up or similar high-growth organization.
- A proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving business objectives through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals.
