About the role:
At bsport, our UX team is about refining every detail of the platform, fuelled by our users' feedback. We’re dedicated to making life smoother for both our clients and their customers.
We think of or product as a business partner to our clients. We don’t just create features; we create experiences, interactions, and solutions that make life a little easier (and a lot better) for everyone.
Designers play a major role in the facilitation and execution of solutions, from concept to implementation, and drive UX and visual design, research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Product designer at bsport wears multiple hats across the design process, with great attention to detail, to create experiences that constantly push the quality bar of the product.
We are looking for a designer to work on Marketing Suit of our platform. Meaning any experience in B2B marketing tools will be a big plus.
What your future position looks like:
- Learn our users: Conduct user research and testing to gather insights. Bring and align your team about your learnings and build shared understanding across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
- Iterate: Continuously refine your designs based on feedback and testing. Embrace an iterative approach to ensure your solutions create user and business impact.
- Raise quality bar: From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, create designs that are both beautiful and functional. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform.
- Think systematically: Keep the user experience cohesive across all features by understanding how individual elements fit into the broader platform.
- Experience with marketing tools: You have experience creating intuitive solutions for B2B marketing tools like CRM, analytics, or automation platforms.
UX team collaborates closely with Product and Engineering, keeping communication open and feedback flowing.
What you bring:
- Experience: You've been a Product Designer for 2-4 years in a B2B environment, and if you've worked in B2B2C, that's a huge plus!
- Problem solving skills: You love turning complex challenges into elegant solutions and are always exploring new ways to innovate and improve.
- Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment, working effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills, and you’re comfortable presenting and discussing your designs.
- User advocacy: You put the user at the heart of product development process, using research and feedback to guide your decisions and ensure your designs meet their needs while continuously aligning your team around these goals.
- Technical knowledge: You are proficient in UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design, and have experience using Figma.
- Eye for details: Your eye for detail makes every aspect of your design polished and aligns with the overall vision and quality standards.
- Continuous learning: You proactively identify learning opportunities and update yourself with best practices without forgetting the basics.
- German or French languages are nice to have since a big portion of our user base are from these markets.
