About the role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in scaling bsport’s Product, Tech, and Data teams. With your expertise, you will help structure recruitment processes, drive reporting, and bring creativity to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Become part of our collaborative and international talent acquisition team of five!
Your impact:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Product, Tech, and Data roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights by building dashboards and analyzing key recruiting metrics to refine hiring strategies.
- Innovate sourcing approaches, proactively identifying and engaging top talent.
- Enhance employer branding, optimizing job postings and crafting compelling content to attract and engage candidates.

Drive process improvements, streamlining workflows and contributing to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives to scale the team effectively.
It would be great if you have:
- +4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startups, scaleups, or SMBs.
- Expertise in structuring and optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tech hiring projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to create, analyze and leverage recruitment metrics for improvement.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and talent markets in Spain and France.
- Fluency in English and French.
