About the role:

Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the strategic direction of our organization. As the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll guide a dynamic team to deliver cutting-edge insights, drive data-informed decisions, and spearhead transformative projects that ensure we stay ahead of the competition.

🎯 What will be your impact:

• Market Expertise: Be the go-to authority on market intelligence, analyzing competition, pricing, M&A, and emerging opportunities.
• Trend Analysis: Track macro and industry shifts—demographics, sports trends, influencer dynamics—to uncover growth potential.
• Strategic Leadership: Shape the annual strategic plan, guiding diagnostics, business plans, and key projects.
• Executive Impact: Craft compelling insights and reports to support Board and EXCOM decision-making.
• Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the data team to create dashboards that empower all departments.
• Strategic Projects: Lead key initiatives and ensure business plans reflect robust topline and strategic hypotheses.

🌟You would be great fit if you have:

• Have at least 6-8 years of experience in strategy & data.
• Have a proficiency in English.
• Expertise in SQL and Excel.
• Demonstrates structured thinking, analytical and synthetic skills, effective slide writing, and strong leadership abilities.
