📝 What You’ll Own & Lead

As the Engineering Manager for our Member Experience team, you’ll architect and develop high-performance mobile and web solutions that directly impact how members interact with fitness studios. Your work will power seamless experiences across:

🔹 Mobile – Drive the development of our React Native white-label app (1,000+ live apps)

🔹 Web – Build & optimise our embedded web solutions and branded applications

🔹 Architecture & scalability – Shape the technical roadmap, introduce new tools & frameworks

🔹 Leadership – Hire, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering team

🔹 Cross-team collaboration – Work closely with Product, Design, and other Tech Leads to bring new features to life
