About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Data to lead our data strategy and team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and serving on the Executive Committee, you will play a critical role in driving data innovation, launching impactful data products, and exploring agentic systems to advance our SaaS platform.

• Team Leadership & Development:
• Manage and mentor a team including a Lead Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Data Scientists.
• Drive efforts to expand and strengthen the data team, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.

• Data Strategy & Innovation:
• Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the development and launch of data products and the exploration of agentic systems to enhance the SaaS platform.
• Drive advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling initiatives to deliver measurable value.

• Strategic Collaboration:
  • Partner with the CPO and executive team to align data initiatives with the company’s strategic vision.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Familiarity with agentic systems and their application in SaaS products is a significant advantage.
