🎯 What will be your impact:

Join us at a pivotal moment in bsport’s journey—hyper-growth mode, post-Series B! As a key member of our high-impact StratOps team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving this expansion.

At the heart of strategy and operations, your role is cross-functional and dynamic, focused on three core missions:

1. Project leadership & Strategic execution

• Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, impact, and timely delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executives for transparent decision-making.
• Establish agile governance with clear routines and communication best practices.

2. Executive-level insights & Strategic support

• Partner with EXCOM to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support executive committees and internal plenaries.

3. Operational optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Review and optimize key business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Promote best practices in project management, ensuring effective workflows and tools.
  
  

🌟You would be great fit if you have:

• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• 3-5 years in fast-paced & highly demanding industries like consulting, M&A, or VC
• Have led succesfully a portfolio of diverse & complex projects
• High master of the office or google suite and basic understanding of SQL and / or BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) will be highly regarded
• Demonstrate skills in key areas: Problem solving, Writing & speaking with impact, and Project management
• Student from a top-tier engineering or business school
