Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen our marketing acquisition processes, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot and a scalable, data-driven approach to growth.
About the role:
As Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll optimize processes, enhance lead management, and ensure data integrity in HubSpot. Connecting sales and marketing, you’ll refine automation, improve visibility, and drive scalable growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll develop workflows, tracking systems, and real-time insights to support decision-making.
What will be your impact:
- Optimize HubSpot for seamless lead management, tracking, and sales-marketing alignment.
- Develop scalable workflows and automation to improve efficiency and growth.
- Ensure data integrity and refine lead scoring for better sales targeting.
- Track and attribute marketing performance with reliable tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Create real-time dashboards for key metrics and informed decision-making.
- Stay ahead of trends, ensuring compliance and best practices in marketing automation.
You would be great fit if you have:
- Adaptable and proactive in optimizing marketing processes in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring data integrity and system organization.
- Collaborative, aligning marketing, sales, and data strategies.
- Analytical, with expertise in performance tracking and lead management.
- Experienced in marketing operations, automation, and CRM management (HubSpot preferred), collaborating with sales and marketing teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
