We're looking for our future People Operations Specialist.

About the role: As a People Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless HR operations, managing payroll, employee data, and benefits, all while ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience.

What will be your impact:

• Accurately process payroll, including bonuses, overtime, salary adjustments, and resolve payroll queries.
• Maintain HRIS with updated employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage leaves, benefits, contracts, and health and safety programs while optimizing HR processes.
• Support HR policies, address employee inquiries, and assist with departmental projects.

You would be great fit if you have:

• Experience in HR operations and payroll, ideally for 200+ employees in Spain and France

• Skilled in payroll cycle management, bonuses, leave tracking, and reporting.
• Proficient with HRIS, payroll tools (e.g., Personio, PayFit), and Google Sheets.
• Expertise in improving HR processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws in Spain and France; familiarity with other European and US laws is an advantage.
