We started bsport with the ambitious goal to simplify the daily lives of studio owners and their members by offering innovative technology that centralises all aspects of their activities and supports business growth.
Today, our all-in-one marketing and management platform for boutique fitness studios helps our partners grow by providing all the tools they need to run their businesses.
Headquartered in Barcelona and Paris, with newly opened offices in Berlin and London, we are a team driven by the desire to develop a high-quality product and revolutionise the fitness world’s new challenges in a fast-growing environment.

A French Success Story
Two friends, Zakaria Mansour and Sofian Medbouhi launched bsport to simplify studio owners’ and members’ daily life.
Starting small, dreaming big!
Trailblazers from Day One
Our initial 30 partners still ride with us. Together we’re rewriting the playbook of the wellness industry.
Rising Above Challenges
With just 9 of us, we were the first to roll out online streaming and video on demand in response to the pandemic.
Hitting the Big Leagues
Empowered by this innovation, we signed our 150 first major clients.
Going Global
We expanded globally by adding talent from the UK, Ireland, and Benelux to our lineup.
Team Touchdown
We set up our first office with 30 employees, enjoying the beach view. Big moves, bigger dreams!
Powering Up with Series A
Reaching 1,000 partners, and doubling our team strength. We levelled up!
100 All-Stars
We grew stronger, establishing new teams and setting up offices in Barcelona and Paris.
Barcelona Seminar
We brought our entire squad together for a grand celebration of our achievements. We celebrated, among other things, the opening of the Spanish and Italian markets. Let's party!
Never stop expanding
After launching in Southern Europe, we got energised and ambitious to expand into the DACH market.
Still Going Strong
We continued to pursue our ambition by signing new major clients, expanding into new markets like the USA, and strengthening our international presence with the opening of new offices in Berlin and London. Along the way, we kept growing our team with fresh talent to support our global mission.

Our hiring process begins with a discovery call with our Talent Acquisition team. From there, you’ll move through a structured process tailored to the specific role. Depending on the position, this may include a case study, coding challenge, or conversations with key stakeholders. For leadership roles, an interview with our founding team is also part of the process. While most steps are conducted remotely, we’re happy to welcome candidates on-site if preferred. You’ll find detailed information about the process at the end of each job description.
